Beginning his career as a carpenter’s apprentice on a framing crew, and at times working on an interior trim crew, he quickly learned all he could about those trades, the associated trades, and construction management. He honed those skills, founded his own framing company at the age of 20, and Daniel Condon Homes at thirty years of age.

Since its inception in 1995 Daniel Condon Homes (DCH) has successfully completed the acquisition, development and construction of over thirty single family projects. Partnering with leading legal, engineering and architectural professionals, DCH has become well versed in site evaluation, land acquisition; value engineered site and architectural design as well as navigating the many layers of the approval process ranging from municipal to county and state approvals.
